Plastic Surgery

Facelift

A facelift is not just a skin lift but a tightening of the face and neck muscles. This operation extends the duration of the effect of the facelift surgery to at least 10 years.‎
There is no right age to have a facelift, but it is advisable to undergo surgery before the tissues lose their natural elasticity entirely. Naturally, the most important reason to perform the surgery is if a patient is unsatisfied with the appearance of her face.‎

How is the surgery performed?

  • Correcting the drooping fat pads on both sides of the mouth that have fallen below the jaw line ("Jouwles bulldogs") and smoothing the marionette lines almost wholly, which extend downwards from the corners of the mouth.
  • Smoothing out wrinkles almost entirely on both sides of the nose (nasolabial folds) and the mouth (marionette folds)‎.
  • Sculpting and flattening out excess skin, muscles and or fat in the neck
  • Removing the platysmal bands, which appeared in the center of the neck (muscle laxity)
  • Renewal of the neck angle concealed by skin, fat and muscle folds.
  • An overall rejuvenation of facial appearance

Reconstruction/Repair for facial nerve palsy

Microsurgery has brought about incredible breakthroughs in our ability to provide a complete solution to a person affected by facial paralysis in the form of a full reconstruction functionally and cosmetically, as well as to save limbs or other body parts.‎

Professor Gur is a world-renowned expert in surgeries to restore movement and smile to people with facial paralysis due to a congenital problem, a tumor, or a viral infection that damages a nerve or an injury.‎

Beyond the aesthetic problem, patients with functional problems find it difficult to smile and sometimes eat and speak clearly. The surgery solves most of these problems and enables people to appear publicly and feel part of society again.

Eyelid surgery

Upper and lower eyelid surgery is considered one of the most common cosmetic surgeries among women and men.‎

In the surgery, excess skin and excess fat bags are removed from the eyelids. In some cases, the surgery can include lifting the sides of the eyebrows, thus rejuvenating the eye area with a fresher look.

Breast augmentation

This surgery is intended for women unsatisfied with the size of their breasts, for women whose breasts have not developed enough, and for women after pregnancy and childbirth whose breasts have lost their volume.

  • The surgery is performed by inserting silicone implants to increase the volume of the breasts and reshape them.
  • Breast enlargement surgery improves self-image and the feeling of femininity. Therefore, it is suitable for women looking to improve their appearance.
  • We use two types of implants in different profiles: a round silicone implant with a high, medium or low profile or an anatomic silicone implant (pear or droplet). The implants we use are manufactured by the largest, most experienced and most reliable companies, with total company liability for any technical problem related to the implants. The type of implant is chosen according to the structure of the patient's breast while adjusting to her aesthetic expectations. Like the type of implant, the decision whether to place the implants above or below the muscle is related to the structure of the patient's body and her aesthetic aspirations.

Breast lift

Intended for women who suffer from drooping breasts due to the lengthening of the ligaments that retain the breasts to the chest.
The operation involves the removal of excess skin and a tighter and more beautiful "packaging" of the breast and its placement in a higher area of the chest while reducing the diameter and repositioning the areola.
The length and location of the surgery scars vary according to the degree of drooping (ptosis) and may be located:

  • Around the areola
  • Around the areola, along with a vertical line that descends from it toward the bottom of the breast
  • Around the areola, along with a vertical line and a horizontal line hidden along the breast crease.

In a significant part of the cases, for women whose breast volume has been dramatically depleted, a combined surgery of the following two procedures is performed: breast lifting and breast augmentation using silicone implants.

Breast asymmetry correction

Most women have uneven breasts in shape, volume, position of the nipples, shape and size of the areolas, height of the inframammary fold breast and more. However, for the most part, the differences between the breasts are minor and sometimes not noticeable.

Breast asymmetry correction surgery is intended for women with significant and visible asymmetry.
Sometimes more than one surgery is required to correct asymmetry, for example, when a tissue expander is inserted into the small breast in the first surgery. Then another operation is necessary to replace the tissue expander with a permanent implant.
The surgery type depends on the breast's basic condition, the patient's desire and ability to meet her expectations.
Mostly, it is a combination of the common breast surgeries: breast augmentation, breast lift and breast reduction, thereby achieving a symmetrical end result as closely as possible. ‎

Breast reduction surgery

Breast reduction is among the surgeries with the highest satisfaction rate thanks to its vast impact on improved function and aesthetic appearance.

The surgery is suitable for any woman who feels that the weight of her breasts is heavy and feels pain or pressure in the nape of the neck, the back or the shoulder strap area. In addition, of course, the surgery is suitable for any woman who feels that her breasts are too large and harm the aesthetics and proportions of her body.‎

During the surgery, excess skin and breast tissues are removed (sometimes in large amounts) while reducing the size of the breast, the size of the areola and nipple, and lifting and shaping the breast. The incisions and scars are made around the areola, a straight line from the areola to the bottom of the breast and sometimes another incision and scar in the inframammary fold.

Male breast reduction surgery (Gynecomastia)

Many men are ashamed of the appearance of their chests because their breasts are enlarged. In some cases, their breasts are slightly enlarged. In others, they look like female breasts for various reasons: hormonal, hereditary, medication, certain drugs or obesity.

In some cases, male breast reduction surgery is performed by liposuction- inserting a suction hose through a small incision in the skin to remove fat. In contrast, in other cases of a larger breast, breast tissue is removed through an excision at the lower border of the areola. In the case of "female" looking breasts, the surgery involves excisions around the areola and in the inframammary fold, similar to breast lift/reduction surgeries in women. Eliminating the shame and discomfort resulting from enlarged breasts, the satisfaction with this surgery is extremely high.

Breast reconstruction

Breast reconstructive surgery is intended for women who have undergone a complete or partial mastectomy.

The surgery aims to create a breast that is as similar as possible to the original breast and to reduce the damage to the woman's body image and femininity.‎
Breast reconstruction surgery can be performed using silicone implants or microsurgical transfer of tissues from the woman's body.

Tummy tuck surgery (Abdominoplasty)

Tummy tuck surgery solves problems of excess skin and fat in the abdomen, removes sagging abdominal skin in the abdomen folds, flattens bulges or folds of the abdomen (repairs muscle laxity) and improves postpartum stretch marks and previous scar marks.‎

The surgery's outcome is a smooth and flat belly, achieved by stretching the skin and fat, removing their excess and tightening the layer of abdominal muscles.

The surgery is highly recommended for women and men with excess skin and fat that sag in the lower abdomen after childbirth or significant weight loss.

Liposuction, abdomen, legs and hands

Liposuction is a highly sought-after surgery by both women and men

The objective of the surgery is to reduce fatty deposits located in different body areas and not to serve as a substitute for weight loss or slimming. ‎
Typical areas for liposuction are the lower abdomen, waist, outer and inner thighs, inner knee, armpit folds and buttocks. ‎

The desired outcome of the surgery is a new reshaped contour line without the ability to sculpt the whole body and make it slim.

Hip lift

The surgery is intended for women and men suffering from excess skin and fat due to skin aging or acute weight loss.

The surgery combines liposuction with the removal of skin, leaving a scar across the groin or the groin and along the thigh.

Arm lift (Brachioplasty)

An arm lift is designed for people who suffer from sagging arms due to excess skin and fat due to skin aging or a sharp decrease in body weight.

The surgery removes excess skin and fat, and the arm is re-contoured, leaving a scar along the arm and across the armpit.
